ezRunner Administration

Admin users can add / manage users, set security level for system access, and manage departments.

Below is a quick guide to the security setting options:

  • New Order. Provides the user access to create new orders.
  • Tracking. Provides the user access to tracking progress.
  • Accounting. Allows user to apply payments using the online system, providing the system, client and user are set up for credit card processing.
  • Reports. Provides the user access to reporting
  • Address Book. Provides the user access to the address book tab and to manage addresses.
  • References. Provides the user access to references.
  • My ProfileProvides the user access to the my profile tab, and the ablility to manage their own profile.
  • Admin. Provides the user access to the admin panel.
  • Submit Order. Allows the user access to submit new orders.
  • View Amount. Provides the user access to view shipment dollar amounts.
  • Round Trip. Provides the user access to create new orders with a delivery type of “Round trip”.
  • Change Name. Allows the user access to modify their name in the system.
  • Change Department. Provides the user access to change the department they are associated to on the my profile tab.
  • Edit Department. Provides the user access to the admin and departments feature.
  • Reports and Invoices. Provides the user access to reports and invoices.
  • Reports and Account Information. Provides the user to have access to reports and account information.
  • Reports and General Information. Provides the user access to reports and other general information.
  • Private Addresses. Provides the user access to manage a private address book that is not accessible by others.
